This year, in 2023, we are pleased to announce that several players have graduated for the upcoming 2024 season. Our continuous evaluation underscores our responsibility to train, monitor, and develop each player, encouraging them to showcase their dedication and talent every day and throughout the years.
The academy takes great pride in its success over the 18 years of its existence. We express our gratitude to the parents and families who place their trust in APAA, supporting our consistent and professional work. Despite the challenges faced by some players who couldn’t continue practicing, we encourage them never to lose faith.
Congratulations to all 17 players who will embark on their developmental journey in the coming year. This marks just the beginning, as they enter a new level of competition, requiring increased effort, dedication, sacrifice, and belief in their talent.
During the graduation process, we consider factors such as age, tenure in the academy, technical abilities, and position-specific skills. Our coaches, functioning as educators, continue their work within age groups, recognizing its essential role in observing and enhancing each player’s performance. We remain committed to developing players in the best possible way.
