THREE ZAMBIAN PLAYERS COMPLETED THEIR STAY AND ASSESSMENT WITH PROF PALACIOS ACADERMY AND HIS TECHNICAL TEAM .

Three weeks of work culminated this Tuesday, March 5th, when the three Zambian players, Raymond, Peace, and Luckson, arrived in South Africa at the Prof Palacios academy.

They were observed and evaluated every day during practices and games.

I am very impressed with the desire and discipline that these three future players consistently showed. It is their first time outside their country and away from their families, yet they felt at home with the accommodations provided and fully engaged in all the practices.

They were evaluated comprehensively from the beginning on all the elements necessary for their continued growth and maturation in this passionate sport of soccer. The technical aspect was the first thing observed, followed by the physical, tactical, and mental aspects.

Adapting quickly after arriving from another country is not easy, but they made efforts to integrate by forming friendships with coaches, players, and others in the accommodation. It was important for them not to feel isolated in a hotel but to be in an environment where they could interact with fellow players, study, and exchange ideas and experiences.

They gained insights that they must continue working on at their BRK Football Academy in Lusaka, where they will implement what they learned here.

They were treated equally to other players, allowing them to showcase their talents. Every country has its own methodology and system for player development, and Palacios Academy has its own, which has produced many players for local and international teams.

I extend my gratitude to the BRK Football Academy in Lusaka for their commitment to bringing them to the Palacios Academy. Already, other players have expressed interest in coming to improve their development. They are welcome, as we are here to assist both local and foreign players who aspire to reach a higher level in their soccer passion.

To the families of each player, thank you for trusting Palacios Academia. We are here to serve and support you as much as we can. The life skills classes provided insights into the importance of family, progress, confidence, playing freely, and respecting teammates.

Their future holds great promise, and they must have the necessary confidence to utilize the talent that God has given them.

I am ready to continue this important work of developing young players, whether here in Johannesburg or in Zambia, to help them achieve their professional aspirations in the short and long term.

Wishing you all the best, with many blessings. It has been a pleasure having you with us for three weeks, enjoying the world’s most beloved sport, soccer.
