REGISTRATION AND CONDITION OF THE PLAYERS
Every year players from 4 years can be register at the academy with the following requirements:
– To pay the registration fee + and month fee that registers in advance (this amount the academy will stipulate each year if it increases or not according to the inflation of the country).
– The registration is valid for a calendar year (February to November so the player registers during the year in any month will end in November of the current year)
– The last practice or activity will be with the closing ceremony where the academy will inform the day and time.
– Registration will be made personally in the academy’s office.
– Keep in mind that underage players will have to do them with their parents or guardian
Adults can do it alone.
– The player will not be able to train with another uniform that is not the one of the academy and especially of the present year
DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED
That must present each player when registering:
– From 4 years old to 16 Birth certificate
– From 17 years onwards copy of your ID
– 4 Photos passport sizes
– Foreign players Copy she/he passport
– Medical certificate where he verifies that the player is in full condition to do the practice of football .
– The mother copies ID
-When fulfilling the payment and all those requirements the academy will deliver at that moment the sports uniform that consists of:
1 Jersey, 1 Short and socks.( follow the instructions to wash the uniform with cold water do not iron).
At the same time, he will receive the rules and regulation of the academy
Final the player will be indicated the group and coaches in which he should of practice in its activities.
PRACTICE SCHEDULE
Thursdays from 4PM to 5PM
Saturday from 09AM to 11AM
WINTER SEASON
Thursday from 3.30PM to 5 PM
Saturday from 09AM to 11AM (this day there is no change)
THE LEAGUE REQUIREMENTS
The annual fee that the academy stipulates is paid (only one payment per year)
The payment is corresponding to the player’s registration and the referees payment made in each game that is played plus the league cup is included).
Each player she/ he will be given the form that the league gives to the academy to register each player where they should take it to school for the signature of the principal and seal of the school with the photo.
Those who do not study will only fill out the form with the information stipulated in the form.
This form has to be delivered to the academy office as the most urgent so that the player can participate in it.
The league ends in September and in October begins the cup by knockout the whole competition ends in October.
Players will play in different groups according to their ages.
The games of the league are played in our same sports fields on Saturday after our normal session the category from the age of 18 are played on Sundays.
The final of the Mayfair Cup is played in a neutral field where players must arrive at this sports field with their own transport.
It is obligation and responsibility that each player must arrive by his means to the practices and matches of the league the academy does not provide any transportation.
Important that every player in all his practices, matches and in general in all the activities that the academy has during the year should carry a small wipe and his bottle of water or drink.
