Where players are demonstrating the progress each of them is making in their football development. It’s not just about football; it’s also about education, as studies are intertwined with their future. Some will continue playing professionally, others will pursue a different stage of professional development, but the passion for playing will always be present in all young people, whether they have talent or not. That’s why sport and study go hand in hand. In the next news update, we will introduce our coaching staff, the trainers who guide our players toward optimal development. It is very important to know that we have our guidelines and phases to follow, as we must improve in every practice and match played. We are also identifying players who have already graduated from the academy to the development program; we will mention them as well.
