Registration Conditions
• The registration must be done in person at the Academy offices
• Players from under 5 to under 17 years of age need to provide a certified copy of his/her birth certificate with 3 color ID size photos.
• All players under 18 years old must be accompanied by parents/legal guardians.
• Players from 18 years need to provide a copy of their ID with 3 color ID size photo
• Full medical certificate to verify the player is fully fit to participate in training activities.
• The registration must be done in person at the Academy offices
To Play in the league
• The registration must be done in person at the Apprentice Academy
• Players needs to have completed the league form
• Players need to take the form to there school to be filled in ( players that are in school )
• Players need to have handed in all information to the Office
