This year 2021 we continue to grow the coaches that we have, the previous and the new, we were able to give an opportunity to our new coaches who are adapting to the academy system young coaches with great aspirations to grow and learn, existent coaches are Thuso Tshabalala, Sibusiso Masoka Elvis Radebe, Lebohang Mokoena, Hlanhla Sithole, Sithembiso Sibaya, Maditse Lakaje, Thabang Chauke, the new coaches; Bhuma Ntsidiso, Phumlani Ncube, Sabelo Zulu, Karabo Leepile , Nkosikona Mokwena, Leseko Makudu and Pleasure Moyane, as I said, have been working very well during the season and they are corrected in better shape so that they can reach another level for the benefit of the academy and the players growth.
Important elements that they must have and improve if they do not have them with academy’s guidance and discipline in general outing in the field, Character, time management, organization and planning training session and games , keep records of the players in the assistance, also in the technical tactical and mental, being intelligent as much as being creative , tolerant, patience, to enjoy coaching ,commanding your group, improve his knowledge of soccer and the language to approach the players and general .
How to address the players, educational and communication is part is very important part. Teaching integrity to the players of knowing how to respect each other is very important.
The coach apart from developing the players is the leader, the friend the father the guide, it is very important that the players have that confidence and freedom to play and communicate with their coaches in the best way without favoritism treating everyone equally. APAA will continue recruiting more coaches giving them opportunities and continue with their coaches so that they can reach another level and be useful also in their community and the country in the future learning, has no age or limits and growing to being a better coach as I said, coaches that that worked and grew up in APAA as Tabho Senong and Teboho Moloi and many more and that makes the academy not only develop players better but also coaches, my congratulations and continue with your passion in soccer.
