This year, the development of all players continues, with some players continuing from previous years and others being new additions. Evaluations for all players are ongoing, as we assess both returning players and newcomers to identify areas for improvement.
Our focus remains on enhancing both technical and tactical aspects of their game. Additionally, we plan to increase emphasis on physical development, tailored to the respective ages of the players, focusing on movement, strength, speed, and coordination—essential elements for game performance.
Players are eagerly anticipating their return to the Mayfair league, a tournament in which we have consistently participated, as well as the Johannesburg Academy League in Soweto.
Some players are showing excellent progress, which is encouraging for the academy, while others have chosen to pursue opportunities with other academies or teams. We wish them the best, as our ultimate goal is to facilitate the development of all players to help them reach their full potential.
In the past two weeks, we have organized friendly matches with other teams, providing valuable experience and motivation for all players.
As the league approaches, we will continue to identify player positions and prepare for upcoming matches.
