CONSISTENCY AND CONTINUITY IS A PRIORITY IN ALL SPORTS

When it comes to the following job carried out from the beginning to the end where the culmination of a
long-term work is sought, then you have to look at where it begins in this case it is the clubs or selection, it
always begins with minors, for example in this country they are arranged according to age group the players are placed
in the following age  categories the U15, U17, U20 following that is the U23 and then comes the main team selection but it
does not mean that players who are 16 or 17 years can’t  be selected to the to play in the main team. In many countries and teams in this  also happens in clubs where young players are
promoted to the senior team,  many local and international players.  That is why the development of players is important from an early age.
It is important that with this comment I do not want to offend or criticize any club or selection of
Countries but we have to follow this path since it is the best way .

I think that in South Africa this path has not started, which we can do, where there are U17 players who
won COSAFA years ago, just like the U20, etc. These players are playing in professional teams regularly
or are in the Bafana Bafana team, where are they, who can do this monitoring and statistical follow-up
since these players cannot be lost  in competitions like COSAFA CHAN etc where you can select
players to develop them on a future path we already have Qatar for 4 years another World Cup another
Afcon THEN I THINK THAT CONTINUITY AND CONSISTENCY is very important there is a lot of talent in
South Africa and the SAFA LFA Championships the third and second leagues that are played then in each
Region there must be a follow-up of the same form every player who wants to play in the DSTV PSL must
be considered for the reserve MDC league that is called since players who play there must already have a
step towards becoming professionals but there are many elements that exist to work apart from soccer
the life skill of each player, their student life their private life the life of soccer etc.
That  when they arrive at the PSL they do not know what to do with their salaries they are misguided so
the family has to be more involved.

You can blame the players but you have to know how to guide the younger players and if it can be done.
It is just my comment on what is happening now in  soccer in general, we have talents yes but
opportunity is lacking and money is the main thing for Now not all players but it is observed in every day in social media news etc.
I hope that this mentality changed your perspective  and have the long term and short term plan since SA has go a lot of talent,
there is no doubt.
