We completed a our first month this season and have worked with all the players. Each division is following its own program so that by the end of the year we have better developed players that is the goal of the academy and we have been doing it for the last 15 years.
This is an academy where all the players keep learning the basics which is always the priority objective. This is the technical part that is the most essential since the player will not be able to perform better in the most important matches that come where it is competitive. Logically it then comes the with positions of each player on the field and from a very early age they can play in various positions, discovering their strongest position and where they play there best.
We are in the first phase of the program. Observation and evaluations are very important in order to know which elements must be increased and improved so that when we reach the second phase everyone has developed in the best way.
As always, the work of coaches and the cooperation of family members is very important.
We will continue to inform you as the league is going to start very soon.
